The QPIDS office team have set the training diary for 2025, and would like to invite you to our training sessions.

Service training session
We currently offer two training sessions, one designed for services who have recently registered for accreditation and are at the beginning of their accreditation journey, and another for those working towards an assessment and nearly ready to submit. Our training sessions are free to attend for all QPIDS registered services and will be hosted on Microsoft Teams. We encourage you to join the training as a team and get everyone involved!
Beginners service training
This session is designed for services who are at the start of their accreditation journey and are currently going through the initial self-assessment and service improvement phase of accreditation. We recommend services to first attend this training session within 3 months of registering and revisit the training at a later date, if required. This session is jointly delivered with our IQAS accreditation programme.

Advanced service training
This session is designed for services who are working towards an assessment and may be nearly ready for a site assessment. We recommend services to attend this training session 3–6 months before they plan to submit their self-assessments. This session is jointly delivered with our QPIDS accreditation programme. A representative from your service must have attended this training before your service can request a site assessment.

Annual review training
The annual review is due on the anniversary of a service’s site assessment and the website opens for evidence two months prior to this deadline.
We recommend attending training more than two months before your annual review submission deadline to ensure you can make the most of your submission window.

QPIDS support session
We currently provide support sessions that focus on hot topics related to QPIDS accreditation. These sessions are held every other month and are free to attend for all QPIDS registered services and will be hosted on Microsoft Teams.

AU website demonstration
This session is optional for any registered users who would like support using the QPIDS website and accreditation dashboard.
This session will cover:
- Adding staff members to the website
- How to upload evidence
- Microsoft Office tips & tricks
- Q&A session - bring along any questions you have!
