To submit your self-assessment and request a site assessment, you must upload relevant evidence against every accreditation standard, and include a comment for each standard. You will need to confirm that you feel your service 'meets the standard', for each domain (screenshot). From here you will 'submit self-assessment', and go through the below list of questions before submitting your request.
