In general, services should be uploading no more than five documents per standard.
The number of bullet points listed under the ‘evidence requirements’ for each standard indicate the approximate number of evidence items expected. Please keep in mind:
• Some bullet points are marked ‘where applicable’, so they may not apply to every service
• Some items are plural, eg ‘meeting minutes’, which means multiple examples are expected.
The assessment team will determine whether the submitted evidence sufficiently demonstrates that your service meets the standard. They may request additional evidence or clarification, if required.
