The site assessment day is a full day activity that involves service presentation, site tour and interview with service staff.

Here is an example agenda of an assessment day. This agenda is flexible and slots can be moved around to accommodate your service. The administrator/point of contact for your assessment will assist with scheduling the assessment day once your assessment date has been confirmed.
