What should I do before requesting site assessment?

The accreditation pathway requires services to complete their evidence upload before requesting a site assessment.

Please review the following points to ensure that your service is preparing correctly for an accreditation assessment.

Service composition:

> Make sure that the sites in your service are listed correctly.

Contact details and user accounts

> Make sure that the correct people are listed as users for your service and as key contacts.

> This includes the service lead(s) and CEO/MD.

> It is your responsibility to keep your contact details updated.

Evidence:

> Refer to evidence requirement criteria on each standard.

> Evidence should be current - within the last twelve months - when you request an assessment.

Comments:

> Use comments to signpost the assessment team to the relevant section of the uploaded evidence, especially for large documents such as the service operational policy.
