The self-assessment process takes between 12–24 months depending on the service, during this stage you will be offered monthly support sessions and regular service training sessions to help prepare you. Please see our events page for full list of training offered.
Once you have submitted your self-assessment, your assessment team will review your evidence before they come out to your service for the site assessment. The typical time from requesting an assessment to site assessment is 3–4 months.
