Accredited services must complete an annual review every year for the four years following their site assessment. In the fifth year, instead of an annual review, the service will have an on-site reaccreditation assessment. Your service must pass each annual review to remain accredited.
The annual review is due on the first day of the month that matches your service’s accreditation anniversary date. It will open for completion two months before the due date.
